What kind of accounts can I open at GlobalCIM?
You can open either a demo or real trading account. A demo account allows you to trade the markets with virtual funds, so no monetary risk is involved. With a real account, you get to trade the markets with real money, for real profits. There is a selection of real money accounts to choose from, depending on your needs. How soon can I start trading after opening an account?
You can start practice trading with on a demo account as soon as you complete the account opening process. As for a real account, you will have to make a successful deposit before placing a trade.

Is there any condition I must meet before trading with GlobalCIM?
You need to a legal adult (18 years and above) and live in any jurisdiction where GlobalCIM provides its services. Make sure to provide accurate registration information as you will need to complete the KYC verification process.

How do I open an account at GlobalCIM?
Simply click on the Signup button on the GlobalCIM website and choose whether you want a demo or real account.

Can I top up the virtual funds in my demo account?
Yes, you can. Simply contact the support team with this request and you will be assisted.

What is the minimum amount required to open a real account at GlobalCIM?
The minimum deposit requirement for a GlobalCIM real account is $250. Bear mind that different real money account types require different minimum deposits to activate them to get the benefits.

What currency will my account be in?
You have the choice of setting up your account in USD, GBP, or EUR.

Can I open more than one real trading account?
Yes, however, you will need to contact support to assist you with this.

Do you accept US clients?
No. GlobalCIM does not offer its services to residents of the USA.

Yes, you can. Please contact support for advice on MAM/PAMM accounts, and decide which option is suitable for you and your clients.

How can I deposit/withdraw funds?
GlobalCIM supports a variety of safe, secure, and convenient payment methods. You can fund or withdraw your money using Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit cards, as well as several other popular eWallet options.

Do you charge any deposit/withdrawal fees?
No, GlobalCIM does not charge any fees for deposit/withdrawals. However, you may have to verify with your payment service provider in case there are any associated fees when you send or receive funds from GlobalCIM.

Which currency can I use to deposit funds to my GlobalCIM account?
You can only hold a balance in your GlobalCIM account in USD, EUR, or GBP. Depositing with a currency other than your base currency will be converted using live exchange rates, with no extra fees applied.

How long do I have to wait before I start trading after making a successful deposit?
GlobalCIM processes all deposits instantly, and you can start trading as soon as you finish making a deposit. However, if you use Bank Transfer, you may have to wait between 2-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your GlobalCIM account balance.

What is the withdrawal procedure?
GlobalCIM processes withdrawals only for verified accounts. If you have a verified account, simply go to your dashboard, and submit your withdrawal request. We process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, with the funds thereafter available to you depending on your payment method.

How do I verify my account?
GlobalCIM is bound by international anti-money laundering procedures owing to its status as a financial services provider. To verify your account, you will need to submit copies of documents that show proof of your identity as well as your residential address. For identity verification, you can submit a copy of your ID card, Driver’s License, or Passport. For address verification, you can submit a recently dated copy of a document such as a utility bill, bank/credit card statement, or a local authority bill that displays your full name as well as residential details.

Can I withdraw funds from my account any time I want?
Yes. You have full rights to any money that is in your GlobalCIM trading account, and you can choose to withdraw part or all of it. In case you have open positions, we advise that you close them or withdraw an amount that will not interfere with the margin requirements of the open positions.

Yes, you can. The platform is optimized for mobile trading.

What tools and resources can I access on the platform?
There are numerous charting tools and resources including technical analysis indicators and an Economic Calendar.

How can I add my favourite assets to the Watchlist tab?
Simply scroll on the assets section and click on your favourite asset(s). You can then check the ‘star’ icon on the asset, and it will now be available in your Watchlist area.

You can trade over 400 instruments that include: Forex, Stocks, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and Bundles.

Do I need to be online when I have open positions?
No, you do not. All your positions will remain active whether you are online or offline. This also applies to all other orders such as: stop losses, take profit, or any other pending orders.

Do you allow hedging/scalping?
You can apply any strategy that you wish at GlobalCIM without any restrictions at all.

What are your trading hours?
Your GlobalCIM account will always be active 24/7/365. However, depending on the assets you are trading, there may be limited options at different times. For instance, US stocks can be traded during US market hours, whereas cryptocurrencies are available for trading 24/7.

Do you have leverage?
Yes. Depending on your account type, you can trade with leverage of up to 1:400
